Truly a life-changing experience, this was a wonderful opportunity for me to contribute some help to the Hurricane Katrina crisis, and learn from fellow GIS gurus along the way. The people I met, both from the area and fellow volunteers from all over the country, were top-notch in their respective GIS disciplines. I would gladly participate again.
