GISCorps and CEDR Digital Corps received the NAPSG Foundation 2022 Award for Excellence in Public Safety GIS in recognition of the PhotoMappers team’s work geolocating photos during national disasters.

Presidential Award
URISA’s GISCorps receives the Presidential Volunteer Service Award in 2012
URISA’s GISCorps was recently honored with a 2012 President’s Volunteer Service Award on behalf of the President of the United States for ‘making a difference through volunteer service’. The Award is given to individuals, families, and groups that have demonstrated outstanding volunteer service and civic participation.
