A request to map cell phone outages/coverage at the administrative boundary level 2 and Province level came to DHNetwork and GISCorps volunteer, Isabel Canete-Medina from Chicago responded to the call and created the following two web maps. In order to see the change thru time click on “View larger Map” and play the time slider from the bottom of the map (from November 14 to 24th).

Request from UNOCHA
A request for volunteers came from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) to the Digital Humanitarian Network (DHNetwork). Several members of the DHNetwork including GISCorps, StandByTaskForce, Humanity Road, and Esri responded to the call. GISCorps volunteers lead by Dave Litke, developed several web maps that were powered by MicroMappers. Some of the maps are posted in here:
